Main Character Mood: Remembering who you actually are beneath all those plates.

The spark in you isn't gone, the problem is what's been covering it.

Life and relationship coaching for the partner, the mom, the strong one, who's been holding everything together alone and is starting to wonder where she went in all of it.

It’s exhausting, isn’t it?

Save ‘'good girl’' for in between the sheets. Out here, it's costing you.

This work is not surface level. It is not quick fixes. It is real, grounded, and it asks you to show up. But if you are willing to do that, it can change everything.

You wake up and before you even open your eyes, you're already carrying everyone's weight:

That appointment you need to reschedule, the work sheet you said you'd handle later, the email inbox clean out and ignore the promotional emails, the groceries and this time actually don’t forget to buy what’s missing.

And underneath all of it, this quiet, heavy awareness that you are the one holding this whole thing together,  the household, the kids, the logistics, the emotional temperature of every room you walk into, the relationship.

You're exhausted before the day even starts.

Your partner loves you, you know that. But somewhere between the schedules and the stress and the mental load that somehow always lands on you, and yet you find yourself wondering if you're just being ungrateful for questioning it.

The loneliest you've ever felt wasn't when you were single. It was last Tuesday. In your own house, next to someone you know loves you.

And that's the part that makes it so hard to explain, because nothing is technically wrong.

Beyond that, there are your goals, your to-do list, your relationship, everything you still want to build.

There's your life.

You’ll need a coach who can help you with both.

Here’s what’s actually happening:

When you spend your whole day managing, organizing, holding, fixing,  your nervous system is running at full capacity by the time evening hits.

Of course there's nothing left for deep conversation, physical closeness, or being genuinely present with another human who also has needs.

So your partner reaches for you emotionally, physically, and you have nothing to give. Not because you don't want to.

Of course it's hard to reconnect with yourself, with who you actually are behind all those plates you're spinning.

They pull away. Or they push harder. Or they go quiet in that specific way that makes you feel guilty on top of exhausted.

And now you're managing that too.

Since nobody else is saying this out loud…

Then, the intimacy piece.

(And believe me when I say this is probably backwards from what you think.)

We're taught that physical intimacy comes first, that it's what creates emotional closeness. But it actually works the other way around. You can't feel open to physical intimacy with someone who feels emotionally far away. The emotional connection and those feelings you've both been setting aside, postponing, sweeping under the rug, it’s what needs to come first.

You're carrying too much alone, you never learned how to ask for what you actually need without it turning into a fight, so you keep managing instead of connecting.

Your partner feels the distance but can't name it, you carry more alone.

Neither of you is the villain, you're both doing exactly what you were taught.

You’ve heard it a million times: "Relationships are a two-way street’’

Yeah, they are.

But usually you need to stop carrying everything alone first, so you can get in the car and drive.

Because you can know the street goes both ways and still be standing there with a flat tire, wondering why you're not moving.

You're not stuck because you don't know relationships take two, you're stuck because you've been running on empty for so long, you don't even know what full feels like anymore.

Hi, I'm Cailee Rae

And I'd rather be known as "the one who gets it" than "the really qualified  coach." (although the qualified part is covered too, don’t worry)

So can I tell you how I got here?

Because I didn't plan this in the clean, "I always knew my purpose" kind of way.

I've been in this space for over a decade. Sometimes I still catch myself surprised by that number, like, what do you mean it's already been this long?

I started with massage therapy in 2015. Then Reiki came into my life,  and at the time, I was in my first marriage, doing the quiet math in the back of my mind: am I actually counting on this partnership, or counting what I'd have if I ended up alone?

I felt called to this work because I lived it in my own body. I went through the divorce, the hard decision, the uncertainty of starting over.

And I know what it's like to perform okay on the outside while quietly losing track of what you actually need, what you actually feel, who you actually are underneath all the managing.

Swallowing the real thing because there was never a good moment to say it.

I know what survival mode feels like from the inside.

And I know what it actually takes to get out of it.

That's what I do with my clients.

If you are in a place where things feel heavy, disconnected, or like you are running out of options, I cannot recommend Cailee enough. This work matters. And she is someone who can truly hold you through it.

And here's what that actually looks like in practice:

1 - We find the real thing. The pattern that's been running underneath your relationship for years, where it came from, what it's protecting, what it's costing you.

2 - We cut through the noise to the actual root of it. In the body. Because the way you shut down before a hard conversation, the way you go through the motions without being present.

3 - You build something real to reach for, not PDFs collecting dust in your downloads folder like freebies you save and never use.

Real in-the-moment awareness, so when the old pattern starts running and you catch yourself about to think ‘’okay, just this once, this time will be different’’

4 - And throughout all of it: 1:1 sessions where I show up having actually thought about you.

Direct access to me in between, and accountability that calls out your patterns: the blind spots, the self-sabotage, and honestly, what's actually working too.

What does this actually ask of you?

One hour a week.

And a real commitment to doing the work, which, for the record, sometimes just means showing up and telling me what's actually happening in your own words. That counts.

Now, the numbers.

For 4, 8, or 12 sessions, I'll be in your corner.

4 sessions - Virtually

For the one who's been holding it together so long she's not sure what "okay" actually feels like anymore, and needs someone to finally help her name it

We go into your specific situation, the pattern that keeps winning, where it came from, what it's costing you right now. You leave with actual clarity on what's happening and a real direction forward, not another thing to figure out alone.

You stop lying awake running the same loop: ‘’what's wrong with me, is this just how it is now, why can't I just be grateful? ‘’

You start being able to see what's actually happening before you're already three days into managing it silently.

$1,111

Without committing to a full process before you even know if this

is the right fit, or the right time.

8 sessions - Virtually

For the one who can't seem to get out of it, even when she's watching herself do it in real time

This is where we work on  why you automatically absorb instead of ask, why you go quiet when you're overwhelmed instead of reaching for someone, why you keep giving from empty and then resenting how empty you are, why reaching that goal feels so difficult and how to build a trampoline, or better, roadmap, to help you with it.

You start coming back to you, who you actually are underneath all those plates you have been holding up alone.

  $2,222

Without another year waking up exhausted in the same loop.

12 sessions - Virtually

For the one who's done guessing, done managing, and done waiting for things to shift on their own, and wants to actually rebuild this with someone in her corner the whole way through

We map everything: your full pattern (where it started, what it's been protecting, what it actually needs), your relationship (not just what's broken, but what's possible), your life: the mental load, the invisible labor, the places you've been slowly disappearing from.

I stay in your corner between sessions, by the end, you have a real picture of what's been happening, tools that work when you're not at your best,

and yourself back. Not the managed version.

You stop doing the quiet math: ‘’how long can I keep going like this, what happens if nothing changes, what am I even waiting for?’’  and then swallowing it because there ‘’was never a good moment to say it out loud.’’

You start having the life and relationship you kept postponing until things settled. They were never going to settle. But you can.

$3,333

Without doing all the work, feeling the shift, and then having no idea how to hold onto it once the session ends.

This work is not surface level. It is not quick fixes. It is real, grounded, and it asks you to show up. But if you are willing to do that, it can change everything. We are in a completely different place than we were when we started.

Why this and not just going back to therapy, listening to hundreds of podcasts, figuring it out on your own, or waiting until life gets ‘’less busy’’?

Because you've already tried most of those, the problem isn't that you haven't found ‘’the right information yet’’, you're not uninformed.

You know what boundaries are, you've heard the episodes, you've done the therapy, highlighted the parts that hit, had the insight, understood the pattern.. And you're still the one who woke up first, handled the thing, said I'm fine before you even checked if you were, and went to bed feeling vaguely invisible inside a life that looks fine from the outside.

Information doesn't pick up the mental load, insight doesn't reach the part of you that automatically shrinks before certain conversations.

And waiting for life to get less busy is the quiet trap. Because busyness isn't seasonal, it's structural.

And while you wait, the distance grows a little more comfortable and the part of you that knows what you actually need gets a little quieter.

This works at the level underneath all of that. That’s why it moves differently than anything you've already tried.

  • You think this is an overnight fix (it isn't, and anyone saying otherwise is selling you something)

  • You want me on your side against your partner, I hold both equally, always

  • You're not willing to actually show up (I give 100% every time, I need that from you too)

  • You're expecting a PDF and a "good luck" ( that would honestly be a little offensive to me)

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF:
658436550_1003411212361766_5598666373536393517_n.jpg

  • You love your partner but haven't felt like yourself in longer than you can remember

  • You're the one holding everything together,  exhausted, quietly resentful, and not sure how to say that out loud

  • The intimacy has faded and neither of you fully understands why

  • You feel more like co-managers of a life than actual partners

  • You've done the therapy, the books, the conversations, and something still isn't moving

  • You want to work on this before it becomes unfixable, not after

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

Society already asks too much from you.
You shouldn't have to work this hard to find the one space that doesn't.

or for those who already know what they want..

Get excited about something, babes.

Main character energy starts right here. 🔥
