Reiki for the ones who know something is off, feel it constantly, and have absolutely no idea what to do with it
For the one who can explain exactly why she's fine and still feels like she's not.

Because what are you supposed to do with the anxiety that's just always kind of there?
The tension that's apparently moved into your jaw permanently and also your sleep now? The feeling that you're carrying something heavy but if someone asked you what it was, you couldn't actually answer?
Package it up and mail it to the North Pole? Nobody taught you what to do with this specific thing, which, genuinely, massive oversight.
And of course it's hard to explain. Your partner tries, but they're looking at you from somewhere so far from where you actually are that you'd have to start from the beginning, and the beginning is a long way back. So you keep it. You add it to the pile.
You lie down at night and you're staring at the ceiling doing the math on why everything feels this heavy when technically nothing is that wrong.
You HAVE tried, you really have. The therapy, the journaling, the morning routine that lasted three weeks before your schedule ate it.
The "just take a vacation" advice from someone who clearly has never had 47 unread texts and a brain that starts doing the full quarterly review of your life the second you lie down.
You've done the therapy, walks, apps with the three-day reset, supplements..
And none of it touches the thing.
Because none of it knows where the thing actually lives - which is in your body, not your to-do list.
And that part, nobody really covered.
Understanding something and your body actually releasing it are two completely different processes.
You can know exactly where a pattern started, trace it back, talk about it, write about it, and understand it in a way that would genuinely impress your therapist.
And it stays.
Because your body has been keeping everything you didn't have anywhere to put. Every time you pushed through instead of paused. Every time you absorbed someone else's hard thing.
Reiki works with that. 💛

What actually happens when you come in.
You come in, you lie down, you stay fully clothed, whatever you wore to get here is fine
(yoga pants, the oversized sweatshirt…the most comfortable thing from your closet is the dress code.)
Then I start.
Some people cry without knowing exactly why, which sounds alarming and is honestly a really good sign. Some people fall asleep within the first ten minutes.
(And I take that as a compliment.)
Of course, every oil, every candle in the room is from Rae Handcrafted. Made by my own hands.
When the session ends, we talk about what came up, or we sit with it quietly, if that's what you need. By the end, I can tell you which chakras feel aligned and which feel unbalanced.
The whole thing takes one hour.
That's it.
If you want to keep going and not just feel it, but actually process it, give it somewhere to go, and understand what it's been trying to tell you… that's what the 90-minute Reiki and Integration session is for.
If you know you'll want it, book the 90 in advance, whether that's for the same day or another one.

Hey, I'm Cailee Rae.
I've been doing body-based work since 2015.
Massage therapy first, where I learned that everything starts with the body, and that stayed with me. Then yoga teacher training, Reiki in 2019, Ayurveda, sex and relationship coaching. A decade of figuring out how things actually work in layers: the body, energy, the mind, and why you can't really skip one to get to the next.
I spent years in survival mode functioning, showing up, holding space for other people's hard things for a living and completely checked out of what was happening in my own body.
That’s why you’re actually working with someone who really gets you.
Every session I do is intuitive. I pay attention to what's actually in your body that specific day and I follow it, which is why people who've tried energy work elsewhere and felt nothing often feel something very different here. 🌊
A few things I won't promise.
I won't tell you exactly what will come up, or how fast things will move, or that you'll have a breakthrough on a schedule. Healing isn't a product with a guaranteed outcome.
But what I DO promise:
I’ll show up to every session fully present, I'll never rush you out the door the moment the hour ends. I'll hold what comes up without flinching, without judgment, and without making it mean more than it does.
And I'll tell you the truth, including if I think something else would serve you better than another session with me.
This is certainly for you if you:
-
Know something's off but can't find the word for it.
-
Are self-aware enough to see your patterns clearly and frustrated enough that seeing them clearly isn't actually moving them.
-
Feel tension in your body more days than not and have quietly started to assume that's just who you are now.
-
Lie awake running mental tabs you can't close.
-
Want to feel like yourself again, not just vaguely better in a general direction. Are ready to let someone else do the work for exactly one hour.
But not the right fit if you:
-
Want to talk everything through in detail and have it reflected back.
-
That's coaching. I do that too, but it lives on a different page. Or you can add integration coaching to the end of this session if you want both.
-
Need crisis or clinical mental health support right now: Reiki works beautifully alongside that, but it doesn't replace it, and if that's where you are, please reach out to a licensed provider first.
-
Need a guaranteed outcome on a specific timeline. Cannot lie still for 60 minutes, which is a completely real constraint and worth knowing before you book.
