Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy – Deep by Cailee Rae At Deep by Cailee Rae, your time and energy are valued. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following booking policies: Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Your appointment time is held exclusively for you. To honor the work and ensure availability for all clients, the following policy is in place: A credit card is required to complete your booking. You will not be charged at the time of booking unless a fee applies per the terms below. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session are welcome at no charge. Cancellations made within 48–23 hours of your session will be charged 75% of the session fee. Cancellations made within 23 hours, or no-shows, will be charged the full session fee. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. Life happens — and I always do my best to work with you when I can. Repeat Cancellations: If late cancellations or no-shows become a pattern, prepayment will be required to secure future appointments. Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you are late, your appointment may be shortened to honor the time of the next client. Agreement: By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. These guidelines are in place to protect the time, care, and energy Cailee puts into each session, while respecting the schedules of all clients.
